520 ## $aThe thesis aims at pointing out, describing and analyzing statistically cohesive devices of each conversational implicature in order to help readers of English to be able to interpret and understand hidden meaning in the English women cartoons’ comments; discovering their using frequency as well. In order to carry out this study, the descriptive, statistical and analytical methods are used. The result points out three main findings:Grammatical cohesive devices, lexical cohesive devices, and interpreting cartoons’ comments. The frequency of using grammatical cohesive devices occupies 80 %, while lexical cohesive devices is 20 %, which shows that grammatical cohesive devices decides success of translation more than lexical cohesive devices. Besides, in order to discover a message’s implication, it also requests readers to haveexosphoricreference - pointing outwards from the text, linking the text to the environment and endosphoric reference – is found inside the text.
