520 ## $aThe research represents an analysis of conceptual metaphors which are related to gender in President Donald Trump’s political speeches and their influence on the perception of masculinity in political leadership. This study will use Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) approach as a framework, the study investigates how gendered language and metaphoric expressions shape public perception, reinforce ideologies, and construct masculine and feminine identities within political discourse. By analyzing a selected corpus of Trump’s speeches from interviews, and televised events, the research aims to identify dominant metaphorical patterns and examine their rhetorical and ideological functions. The study further considers how such metaphors contribute to Trump’s political persona and the broader sociopolitical narratives of gender in American politics. Through qualitative metaphor analysis and critical discourse analysis, the research offers insights into the intersection of language, gender, and power in contemporary political communication.
